Sam Akers
Sam has been with Akers Group since the beginning in 2013.
Sam is currently licensed as a trainee appraiser. He makes a key contribution to Akers Group and will be Certified General in Illinois and Wisconsin shortly.
Sam has been assisting in real estate appraisal since January 1, 2009. Experienced in appraisal of a wide range of rural and agricultural property types,
including row crop farms, rural homes, commercial grain handling facilities, fertilizer facilities, and agribusiness properties throughout
Illinois and Wisconsin.
Sam has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, Illinois. Associate of Science, Kishwaukee College,
Malta, Illinois.
He has maintained his continuing education and has been taking classes to obtain his Certified General License.
